This has been a real favourite since our Farmers’ Markets and now in Waitrose, Ocado and Budgens. Our top notch Aberdeen Angus mince is seasoned and then combined with finely sliced red onion (caramelised slowly in the oven with pure honey) and grated mozzarella.
If you like a soft, succulent burger, I suggest oven cooking at 180 degrees for about 20mins. If you like a crisper burger, I'd pop this under the grill for 5mins either side. Or put them on the BBQ this Summer - we recommend BBQ-ing from frozen (approx 7mins either side).
To go with them, I think the sweetness of the caramelised onion is great with some baked sweet potato fries or butternut squash wedges – a great interpretation of the common burger and fries combo.
