Quality cuts of Aberdeen Angus Beef with a little garlic, parsley, black pepper, tomato puree, quarter of a pinch of salt and about a fifth of an egg to bind – that’s it. No rusk nor breadcrumbs to pad it out so it's gluten free… it’s a beef burger afterall, so we've packed it full of beef.
Grill, fry, griddle, bbq, oven cook… you can’t go wrong however you like to cook your burgers. My favourite is to oven cook (20mins for 180 degrees) to keep them super soft and succulent. And follow our campaign to ‘Free The Burger’! They don’t always have to be in a big white, floury bap with cheese and ketchup. How about a salad and new potatoes, maybe a dollop of tomato salsa or sour cream on the top. Or mix them in a bowl with other ingredients and come up with your own Muddy Boots flavoured burger, like this video from our friends at Hill Tribe Media:
